On January 14th 2008 Dr Johnson, the eye specialist removed the stent from my tear ducts and said I was good to go. That final appointment has hopefully marked the end of over 6 years of health issues and horse related injuries. So I guess if you can "Rise From The Dead" - I have finally done it.

Many thanks to the people who bought our horses or in some cases accepted my gifts of them, worked through manners 101 refresher courses which were sadly needed. And I also appreciate the regular updates we receive from many of their new owners.

One of the hardest horses to put on the trailer to her new home was WR Chloe pictured on this page. We had so much fun together showing and she had a huge fan club. As a mom, she gave us Delicious, a funky colored buckskin filly who carries the champagne gene like her mom. Chloe now lives with Ray and Sheila Mackie in Kirkfield, Ontario - Sheila had been coveting her for some time. Keep up with her new career at www.raymackiepainthorses.com

Another thank you to all the people who visited our home on the web and took the time to send me a personal note. Reading those notes made my day and enforced my faith that there are still lots of good people out in the world.

Because I find I am very tentative dealing with the young horses which is almost guaranteed to get me hurt again, I want to come up with a marketing plan that will allow me the luxury of having a few foals and then have them go to their new homes at weaning time. We are expecting 7 foals in 2008 from several different stallions so foaling time is going to be especially exciting anticipating these new crosses.
