We'd like to start this page by thanking all of the people who entrusted their special horses to us to haul, whether across the province or across the nation. It is truly a leap of faith in many instances to buy a horse via the net or a video, then get someone you've never met in person to haul it to you. We've met some super nice people, many of who extended their hospitality to Bruce plus board for the horses he was hauling We handled lots of good horses and ponies.

We were lucky enough to haul the Alberta Young Riders Dressage Team to Chicago for the National Young Riders Competition for the third time. This year we also hauled three of the members of the Canadian Endurance team who went to Dubai to compete in the 100 Mile Race through the desert. They returned home with a 4 th Place Team Finish in the competition. And we picked up Organ Grinder off the plane when he arrived in Edmonton for the Canadian Derby – and took him back to the plane after he won it too. It’s quite interesting to watch them the load horses into their crates and put them on the plane.

We seem to haul mostly warmbloods for the hunter/jumper/dressage market and welsh ponies. Kind of a Mutt and Jeff scenario when they are sharing a trailer. Canadian Horses are gaining in popularity as we have hauled quite a few of them this year to their new homes.

We have a lovely new trailer for transporting horses. It is Hawk 4 Horse Head to Head Trailer with 3 ramps, (both sides and full rear) making it open and appealing for any horse to inspect and walk on with ease. It's 7'9" tall, extra wide stalls, with water buckets in front of each stall. We can make box stalls if requested. Has face guards for that odd horse who just doesn't want to see or be in close contact with the horse beside him. And lots of big windows for great ventilation. It' so much nicer to just be inside the trailer from the weather, filling hay nets and hanging water buckets in front of the horses, instead of holding them over your head for the horses to drink.

It got the official stamp of approval from Clearly Canadian, the big 18 hand TB that we haul. He is a hard hauler but went on his first two trips in the new trailer with no problems.

Bruce used to haul TBs years ago in Ontario, including such notables as Northern Dancer, Victoria Park etc. He then drove truck across North America until retiring a couple of years ago. He started hauling our horses to their new owners and word of mouth led to him hauling a few horses at the same time .

We specialize in hauling horses for people who care more how their horse is hauled and cared for en-route than just the cost.  We generally haul only two or three at a time that are going to the same destination or within a few miles. We don't like to put any more miles on a horse than are absolutely necessary to get him home.

We're also happy to offer discounts for owners who have more than one horse to ship at the same time. Same discount applies even if it is more than one owner but horses are coming or going to the same place. Can also offer flat rates for shows etc.

Please consider our services when you purchase your next horse or are moving horses for whatever reason.

Thanks for stopping by!!
